Overview

FashionDiffusion (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the AI-powered fashion design platform available at www.fashiondiffusion.ai and through the FashionDiffusion mobile application (collectively, the “Services”).

Our platform provides AI tools including Virtual Try-On, AI Model Generator, Style Innovation, Flat Lay Generator, Swap Face, Change Background, Recolor, and related features.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have regarding your data. It applies to all users of our website, platform, and mobile application, regardless of location.

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

Information We Collect

Account & Registration Data

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you register via a third-party provider (e.g., Google), we receive your name and email from that provider.

Payment Information

For subscriptions purchased through the FashionDiffusion iOS app, payments are processed by Apple and governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We retain transaction records including subscription tier and renewal date for account management purposes. We do not process or store any payment card information within the app.

Uploaded Content

To use our AI tools, you may upload photographs, garment images, face photos, sketches, flat lay assets, and other visual files. These files are stored on AWS and processed exclusively to generate the outputs you request. Face images uploaded for features such as Virtual Try-On and Swap Face are used solely to fulfill your generation request and are not used to identify you or any individual.

Device & Technical Data (Mobile App)

When you use the FashionDiffusion iOS app, we may collect:

Device model, operating system version, and app version
Device language and region settings
Crash logs and error reports
App usage data including features accessed and session duration
IP address

We do not collect your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) unless you explicitly grant permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Usage Data

Pages visited, features used, tool interactions, and session duration. Server logs recording requests, errors, and performance metrics.

Communications

If you contact our support team or submit feedback, we retain the contents of your messages and metadata to resolve your inquiry and improve our Services.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

Provide and operate the platform and mobile application
Process AI generation requests
Manage your subscription and payments
Respond to support requests
Detect fraud or misuse
Improve app stability and performance via crash reporting

If you opt in, we may send product updates and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How We Share Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, including:

AWS — cloud hosting and storage
Stripe — payment processing (web)
Apple — payment processing (iOS in-app purchases)
Google Analytics — usage analytics

Each provider is bound by strict data processing agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law, or transfer your data to a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, with prior notice to you.

AI-Generated Content & Uploaded Images

Your uploaded images are used solely to fulfill your generation requests. We do not use your content to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models without your separate, explicit, opt-in consent.

Processing scope: Files are sent to our AI inference pipeline exclusively to generate the output you requested.
Temporary copies: Processing copies created during inference are deleted within 24 hours of generation.
Stored originals: Source files and generated outputs are retained in your account until you delete them or your account is closed.
No third-party AI sharing: Your uploaded images are not shared with third-party AI providers for training or benchmarking.
Face images: Photos uploaded for features such as Virtual Try-On and Swap Face are processed only to generate the requested visual output. They are not used for facial recognition or identification purposes.
Sensitive content: You must not upload images containing personally identifiable information of third parties without their consent.

Storage & Security

All data is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States, protected by TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Payments are processed by Stripe and Apple under PCI-DSS standards.

We retain account data for the life of your account plus 30 days, uploaded images until you delete them, and billing records for 7 years as required by law. No security system is 100% immune to risk; in the event of a breach we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

Cookies & Tracking (Web)

We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. Analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel) are optional and can be disabled via our consent banner or your browser settings without affecting core platform functionality.

The mobile app does not use browser cookies. App-level analytics are collected as described under Device & Technical Data above.

Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@fashiondiffusion.ai.

EEA / UK / Switzerland users: You have additional rights under GDPR including data portability, restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. For data transfers to the US, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
California residents: You have rights under the CCPA to know what data we hold and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal data.

To delete your account and associated data from within the iOS app, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You may also submit a deletion request to support@fashiondiffusion.ai.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us at support@fashiondiffusion.ai and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page, notify registered users via email, and display a prominent notice within the platform or app where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
