FashionDiffusion (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the AI-powered fashion design platform available at www.fashiondiffusion.ai and through the FashionDiffusion mobile application (collectively, the “Services”).
Our platform provides AI tools including Virtual Try-On, AI Model Generator, Style Innovation, Flat Lay Generator, Swap Face, Change Background, Recolor, and related features.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have regarding your data. It applies to all users of our website, platform, and mobile application, regardless of location.
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you register via a third-party provider (e.g., Google), we receive your name and email from that provider.
For subscriptions purchased through the FashionDiffusion iOS app, payments are processed by Apple and governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We retain transaction records including subscription tier and renewal date for account management purposes. We do not process or store any payment card information within the app.
To use our AI tools, you may upload photographs, garment images, face photos, sketches, flat lay assets, and other visual files. These files are stored on AWS and processed exclusively to generate the outputs you request. Face images uploaded for features such as Virtual Try-On and Swap Face are used solely to fulfill your generation request and are not used to identify you or any individual.
When you use the FashionDiffusion iOS app, we may collect:
We do not collect your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) unless you explicitly grant permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Pages visited, features used, tool interactions, and session duration. Server logs recording requests, errors, and performance metrics.

Each provider is bound by strict data processing agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law, or transfer your data to a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, with prior notice to you.
Your uploaded images are used solely to fulfill your generation requests. We do not use your content to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models without your separate, explicit, opt-in consent.
All data is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States, protected by TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Payments are processed by Stripe and Apple under PCI-DSS standards.
We retain account data for the life of your account plus 30 days, uploaded images until you delete them, and billing records for 7 years as required by law. No security system is 100% immune to risk; in the event of a breach we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. Analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel) are optional and can be disabled via our consent banner or your browser settings without affecting core platform functionality.
The mobile app does not use browser cookies. App-level analytics are collected as described under Device & Technical Data above.
If you make a purchase through Apple’s App Store and expressly consent in the iOS app, we may process and disclose limited purchase-consumption information to Apple when Apple sends us a refund-review request. The information is linked to the App Store transaction and may include:
– whether you consented to this disclosure and the version and time of that consent;
– whether the purchased service was delivered;
– the percentage of credits from the applicable purchase that has been used, when we can reliably attribute usage to that purchase; and
– our non-binding preference on whether the refund should be granted.
We use this information to respond to App Store refund reviews, prevent refund abuse and fraud, protect paid services, and maintain accurate purchase and entitlement records. We do not disclose your prompts, uploaded images, or generated content to Apple for this purpose.
Apple receives this information as the App Store payment and refund provider and processes it under Apple’s own privacy policy. Apple independently decides whether to grant a refund.
Our legal basis for sending purchase-consumption information is your express consent. You may decline the consent request; if you decline, we will not send Apple the optional credits-consumption percentage or refund preference described above. Declining does not prevent Apple from processing your purchase or refund request under Apple’s own rules. You may withdraw your consent for future disclosures by contacting `support@fashiondiffusion.ai`. Withdrawal does not affect disclosures already made before we processed your request or information that we must retain or process to comply with law, resolve disputes, or protect against fraud.
We retain the consent record and related purchase and refund records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We protect these records using the safeguards described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@fashiondiffusion.ai.
To delete your account and associated data from within the iOS app, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You may also submit a deletion request to support@fashiondiffusion.ai.
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us at support@fashiondiffusion.ai and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page, notify registered users via email, and display a prominent notice within the platform or app where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
